IGNITION ADVANCER STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Standard drop-in carb kit

Easy to install and tune - no slide drilling!
Adds more low-end / midrange, if the proper main jet is selected, more top-end power.
This is one of the kits that we made our reputation on - in fact the first jet kit we ever made.
Won lots of races - used by nearly every top team in the USA except Honda's (I think....).

IGNITION ADVANCER STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

Easy to install and tune - no slide drilling!
Adds more low-end / midrange, if the proper main jet is selected, more top-end power.
This kit gives more power everywhere, as compared to stock airbox or any Config 10 / Stage 1 kit.
This is also one of the few "Config 30" kits that still uses the airbox - not individual air filters, like other #30 kits. The airbox lid is modified for increased air intake.

Easy 1/2 hour bolt-on - Only installs one way

Improves power at all rpm's and throttle positions AND raises rev limit 200 to 300 rpm higher! Pretty significant power boost.
The first rotors, in 1987, were made were made by welding up material on the edge of the stock trigger points, then hand grinding a duplicate edge and trimming the trailing edge to a perfect 2.5mm trigger point. It took 3 hours to make the first one!

Make shifting MUCH quicker and virtually eliminate missed shifts. Helps address missed shifts caused by poor shift detent "star" profile.
Note- This kit will NOT fix rounded gear engagement dogs! It will help damage NOT occur to good gears caused by missing shifts.
The same kit that most AMA teams used "back in the day".

Requires clutch assembly removal - including complete clutch basket's big nut. An air or electric impact wrench is "the way" to go.
A shop would bill 2-2.5 hours.

A great time to do this is when you are replacing clutch plates as you are "right there".

The extension of the laboratory for engines of the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology was completed in about 1935. Its architect was Rudolf Otto Salvisberg (1882-1940). He had a successful career in Berlin but returned to Switzerland after the advent of the Nazis. His architectural style was somewhat similar to that of Erich Mendelsohn. The staircase of the laboratory is in normal use but well preserved.
